FT Program Coordinator at Sexton North
Position: Full-Time Program Coordinator Position at Sexton North. LivingLinks is looking for a team player with good communication and leadership ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in their home.
Job Duties: This is a co-coordinator position that focuses on the client aspect of running the home. Duties include: development and supervision of program plans, implementation of LivingLinks goals and philosophies, coordinate with the PC/P in all areas of managing Sexton North, manage client finances, supervise direct care staff, participate in an on-call rotation, and work an average of 10 hours direct care per week.
Qualifications: One year full time experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and a 4 year degree in a related field. Good oral and written communication, valid driver's license and good driving record. Prefer candidates with Psychotropic medication monitoring experience.
Wage: Wage range $12.88-14.29/hour based on experience and education. Full benefits package including paid sick, vacation, and a great insurance package.
Hours: A variety of hours including: mornings/afternoons/evenings, one weekend shift per month, and an occasional holiday. Must work a minimum of 70 hours in a two week pay period.

Assist seven people with life skills, communication skills, and community integration.
Pay ranges from $8.48 - $9.50/hr based on experience and education.
Every other weekend and Holiday required.
Hours: 2-9:30 afternoon/evenings, and 6-9:30am morning. Average of 20 hours per week with the ability to pick up additional shifts.

Household Assistant-FT
The household assistant will assist three individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Duties include: petty cash handling, balancing checkbooks, doing direct care, shopping for the house, training new hires in during orientation, completing LivingLinks' annual training, etc.
Wage Range $8.84-9.83 /hour depending on education and work experience.
Hours: Every other weekend and holiday are required. Mornings: 7:30-8:30am. Afternoons/evenings 2-8 or 3-10.

Transportation Coordinator
Coordinate vehicle maintenance including keeping the vans clean and well-maintained. Ensure that vans get scheduled and brought in for maintenance, oil changes, repairs, etc. Also, coordinator will perform van runs, providing people with transportation to and from work/school.
Must have: a valid driver's license, good driving record, good oral and written communication skills, and a flexible schedule.
Pay ranges from $8.48 - $9.50/hr based on experience and education. Hours include: (Mon-Fri) Both 8-9:30a and 2:30-3:30p. Various additional shifts throughout the week as needed.

If you are called for an interview, you will need to bring a copy of your driving record from the state that issued your driver's license. We will not conduct an interview without a driving record. Minnesota driving records can be obtained at The North Mankato Driver’s License and Exam Center, located at 324 Belgrade Avenue in North Mankato. The Fee for the record is $9.00, which may be subject to change at their discretion. We will not reimburse you for the cost of the driving record.
LivingLinks' insurance company will not allow disqualified driver to transport people we serve. Transportation is an essential job function of nearly all positions at LivingLinks. Examples of disqualification include (in the past 5 years):
- DUI/DWI
- 4 or more speeding tickets, and/or tickets for speeds above 10 mph over the posted speed limit.
- Driving without a license/driving after revocation.
- Vehicular bodily injury/vehicular homicide (also a disqualification by the Department of Human Services)
